iOS 18 MDM Configuration Fails to Start

After upgrading to iOS 18, VPN configuration may fail to start on some enterprise-managed devices (MDM).

• Check whether your device is managed by a company or school (Settings → General → VPN & Device Management);
• If it is managed, contact your device administrator to allow OrangeGo to add a VPN configuration;
• On personal devices, if it still fails, delete the old VPN configuration, reconnect and allow it when prompted;
• If the issue persists, contact customer support.
