Lag or Slow Speed After Connecting

If the connection feels laggy or slow, try the following:

• Switch to another route and test again;
• Try a different network (e.g. a phone hotspot) to compare;
• On desktop, try closing or uninstalling security software and firewalls, then reconnect;
• Some campus or office networks have restrictions - try a different network.
