.NET Framework Won't Run

If the Windows version of OrangeGo reports that .NET Framework cannot run, the system is missing the .NET component or it is corrupted.

• Download and install .NET Framework from the Microsoft website (install the version shown in the error message);
• Restart your computer after installing;
• Reopen OrangeGo; if the error persists, uninstall and reinstall OrangeGo;
• If it still fails, contact customer support.
