SmartByte, preinstalled on Dell and other brand computers, takes network priority and can affect OrangeGo.
- Press Win+R, type services.msc and press Enter;
- Find the SmartByte-related services, stop them and set Startup type to Disabled;
- Also uninstall the SmartByte app in Uninstall a program;
- Restart your computer and reconnect.
