Windows Shows a Globe Icon After Connecting

If the network icon in the Windows system tray turns into a globe after connecting to OrangeGo, it is usually related to the network adapter driver or network-enhancement services.

• Press Win+R, type services.msc and press Enter to open Services;
• Find network-enhancement services such as Killer and SmartByte, and double-click them;
• Stop the service and set Startup type to Disabled, then click Apply;
• Restart your computer and reconnect.
